Ingredients

  • 280g Quorn Vegan Nuggets

Sweet & Sour Sauce:

  • 1 227g tin pineapple in juice – chop the pineapple into chunks
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce or passata (sieved tomatoes).
  • 1 tsp five spice powder
  • 2 clove garlic – peeled and finely grated
  • 1 cm piece of ginger – peeled and finely grated

Stir Fried Veg:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large red or orange pepper – deseeded and sliced
  • 1 large onion - sliced
  • 130g baby sweetcorn - halved
  • 130g snow peas
  • 1 clove garlic - sliced
  • 1cm piece of ginger- cut into fine strips
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds to garnish
