Vegetarian Mini Pierogi

If you haven’t tried Pierogi before you are missing out! These delicious Polish style dumplings are so easy to make – just take Quorn Mince, ready-made filo pastry, mozzarella and spinach and there you have it. Great for sharing with friends!

Serves 6


  • 1 pack of Quorn Mince
  • 3 sheets of filo pastry
  • 200 g of tinned or frozen spinach
  • 200 g of mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Egg for brushing
